Hi! My name is Seth Rikard. I have been a resident of East Point since 2017, but I have long been familiar with our wonderful city. My grandparents called East Point home, and I spent many Saturday nights playing Bingo at the old VFW hall (windowless brick building behind Tri-Cities High and the Dairy Queen).

I am a member of East Point Church off Sylvan Road and live in Ward B with my lovely wife, two little boys, and a mutt named Max.
